Step 1: the survey
Make an enquiry or give us a ring and we shall arrange for our trained surveyor to visit you and discuss your needs, including any additional packing or storage requirements you may have. Your moving quotation will sent or emailed to you within two working days.
Step 2: the booking
To accept the quotation and make a firm booking we require a deposit to be sent back with a signed acceptance, confirming you have understood our terms and conditions. We are able to make provisional bookings if you are unsure of the completion date and would be happy to discuss this with you.
Step 3: confirmation
A few days before the moving date we shall confirm arrangements and discuss any last minute changes that you may have.
Step 4: packing (optional)
If required we would normally provide you with a packing service one day in advance of the removal.
Step 5: moving day
On the moving day our crew will arrive to carry out the removal. The foreman will introduce himself and the rest of the team and will be your main point of contact for any queries or questions you have during the day.
